John Deere 855 Price Check

I looked at a 1997 JD 855 70A with a front loader and a 72" rear mower. It looks to be in pretty good condition with no signs of neglect. The sign says it was bought new (one owner) and all manuals are included. The hour meter reads 222 hours. They're asking $14,500. Is this a reasonable price? If not, what is? Thank you! Tony
